1. Natural Anaerobic

A distinctive coffee for the adventurous palate. Natural processing keeps the coffee cherries intact during drying, while anaerobic fermentation introduces a carefully managed low-oxygen stage. Together, these techniques can encourage deeper fruit character, layered sweetness and a more expressive cup.

2. Yellow Honey Aerobic

A celebration of sweetness and balance. In honey processing, the coffee is depulped while some of its sticky, sugar-rich mucilage remains on the seed during drying. With aerobic processing, fermentation takes place in the presence of oxygen. The combination offers a different approach to developing the coffee’s natural sweetness and complexity.
